  11. 60ns RAM will be faster for ram access, infact at 50 MHZ I would only
  12. use 60ns. The board is quite a good one supporting everything you
  13. could possibly want. As for which size simm, How much ram do you want?
  14. for price you would have to do some math, but 64MEGor 128MEG of ram is
  15. possible. That would be more than a flash I think, at least for the
  16. wallet anyhow. There is no real reason to go back to an 020, as if
  17. there are compatablitiy problems try turning off the caches first.
